Your Home Inspection includes a complete inspection of the interior and exterior of

your home. We check for leaks and water damage, weather damage, cracks, condition

of lawns, plants and trees, windows, doors, siding, eaves, gutters, etc. We provide mail

pickup and forwarding if required. We check the overall appearance of your property to

assure that your property remains secure and in good condition. We remove all

newspapers, flyers and other items from your doorstep, driveway and curbside to

maintain the appearance that your home is continuously occupied. We will monitor your

service providers (gardeners, pool maintenance, snow removal, etc.) to see that they are

performing their tasks as required. ... AND, when it snows we'll even leave tire tracks in

your driveway.

24/7 Emergency on call service provides you with peace of mind. We are your security

company’s contact source. We will provide an immediate response to your home for a

complete inspection. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action. If any

action is deemed necessary you will be contacted immediately or repairs will be

effected, to the extent of any prior agreements. We will remain at your property until it

is secure. If your home is damaged and/or vandalized beyond our ability to secure it we

can provide a security officer, at your request, to remain at your property until you are

able to determine appropriate action. If repairs are necessary we can arrange for

tradesmen to repair any damage.

Severe weather inspections are performed after unusual wind, rain, hail, or snow events.

We will perform a compete inspection of the exterior and interior of your home to

assess any damage that may have occurred and take appropriate action as required. If

any action is deemed necessary you will be contacted immediately or repairs will be

effected, to the extent of any prior agreements.We will remain at your property until it

is secure. If your home is damaged beyond our ability to secure it we can provide a

security officer, at your request, to remain at your property until which time you can

determine appropriate action. If repairs are necessary we can arrange for tradesmen to

repair the damage.

Pet Sitting is provided to assure that your pet(s) stay healthy and happy. We will feed

and care for your pet(s) on the provided schedule. If your pet is on medication we will

administer as prescribed. We will continuously assess the state of your pet’s health and

take immediate action if we suspect that it is ill or injured. We will transport your pet to

your veterinarian for immediate medical attention. We will purchase necessary pet food

and/or supplies during an extended absence.

"IN OUR HOME" cat sitting services are also available. Your cat lives with us as one

of the family during their stay. We DO NOT care for more than one family's cat at a

time. If you have more than one cat we will care for them as long as they are from the

same household. Scheduling is based on a first come, first served basis. Please arrange

for your cat's visit well in advance. We do not accept dogs for our "In Our Home"

service.

House waiting is offered to provide access to your home as necessary in your absence.

Per your instruction we will wait on tradesmen, carpet cleaners, painters, and/or other

craftsmen, package and product deliveries, and other services that you may require.

Items, such as furniture, delivered to your home will be inspected for damage and

completeness of order before being signed for. We will wait until deliveries are made

and/or until work is completed, if required. We will secure your home and do a home

inspection during this time.

Handyman services are available (with your authorization) for minor repair and

maintenance of your home. If required work is beyond the scope of general handyman

services we can acquire the services of a tradesman.

Cleaning services are available for pre and post visits. Your refrigerator will be cleared

of any food items at your request. As well, cleaning of deck areas and setup of outdoor

furniture can be performed on your request.

Winterization of the interior of your home is included as part of our service. Irrigation

systems can be drained and winterized on request.

Plant care, maximum 3 plants, is included as part of our standard service.

Other services can include: shopping, pick-up of dry cleaning, etc, restocking of food,

cleaning supplies and/or other necessities, or other services, on request.
